Our packages include full service management and placement to resident placement only. No upfront costs or fees, as Beyond Property Managements team is confident that we will get your property rented to the quality resident it deserves. We don’t get paid until you get paid. It’s that simple.

| In Person Showings We see the importance in connecting directly with our renters. With face-to-face showings, we can answer prospects questions on site and secure applications faster. We pride ourselves on securing Class A residents. With this we do face to face showings to answer propects questions while verifying their authenticity. |

| Tenant Screening We've set high qualification standards and have a detailed application process. We thoroughly screen out applicants to ensure they meet our rental qualifications including (but not limited to) income, employment history, bankruptcy, credit score, as well as rental verification and evictions. |

| Resident Retention Guarantee We pride ourselves in securing long-term residents for your property . Excluding military orders, if a BPM placed resident does not fulfill their lease term, we will find a new qualified resident at no cost to you. |
